Message to Interclub Captains, Beth Watt
and Pat Frischmann, from your grateful teams

Kudos and a champagne toasts to our Interclub captains, Beth Watt and Pat Frischmann, for a great interclub season.

We met and competed with some of the nicest tennis players at delightful clubs around the peninsula and south bay. We know that behind every fun event there were scheduling challenges, countless emails and phone calls, last minute emergencies, and diplomatic issues. To our eyes, arrangements were very smooth although there were times when our opponents failed to pull together teams. We know you tried to assign us equitably and that you tried to find more teams for playing opportunities.

Thank you, thank you – your work is really appreciated.

We welcome Patsy Duke as the new 3.0 captain and we pledge our cooperation to Beth and Patsy in the following ways:

• We will respond to your emails.
• We will note our scheduling commitments on our calendars.
• We will inform our captains and get subs as far in advance as possible if we cannot attend.
