If you haven’t got around to renewing your membership – Good News! We have extended the reductions to apply during the first two weeks of February! So get to it!

I hope all got to view the excellent Australian Open in the last few weeks. Some wonderful tennis! The top people seem to get better and better. Hopefully we are all improving at the same rate?

Be sure to sign up for our first tournament of this year which will be held Saturday, March 6 from 10-12AM at Los Altos High School Courts. It will be a “team tennis” format with an outstanding lunch and lots of good fellowship included!

We have a new person assisting on the Board – NoreenLetts has stepped forward and agreed to handle mailing of the newsletters! Thanks to Lynn and Martha Hunton who have handled this task beautifully for several years! Lynn and Martha have moved to a new residence at the “Commons” in Palo Alto.

Jack Bates has the Tennis for Charity activity up and running again – A nice opportunity to meet some new tennis players and help out a good charity.
